Workplace garden design options: attractive, compact and versatile raised bed garden frames.
Our standard raised bed garden frames are 12" high, built of 2"x6" Douglas fir that has been carefully sanded, routed and finished with an environmentally safe wood stabilizer. This helps prevent moisture transport and increases the longevity of the frames.
Raised bed frames for workplace gardens are typically 4' wide x 10' long, a very cost-effective and efficient size. They are, however, available in many different sizes and styles to best suit your site and your preferences.
All frames are lined with heavy-duty landscape fabric to minimize weeds.
They are then filled with a custom blend of a locally sourced soil blend, compost and organic soil amendments. This soil mix retains moisture well, yet does not become over-saturated, for healthier plants and efficient use of water.

Raised bed frames with built-in seating
We offer numerous design options to customize your company’s garden, such as 18" high frames with built-in seating. Particularly popular in courtyards, these raised beds double as seating for visitors to the garden and increase the comfort for employees or others working in the beds.
Craftsman posts and caps
Decorative elements such as these handsome Craftsman posts and caps can further enhance the garden’s appearance. Meticulously routed and finished, our Craftsman posts are then topped with caps in your choice of natural copper or solid glass in cobalt blue, amber, olive green or opaque black. Glass post caps are also available with built-in solar LED lighting for a dramatic effect in the evening.
Tiered frames
The Mayan Pyramid is a stunning, four-tier design that is suitable for courtyards, flanking pathways, or small areas. Perfect for growing culinary herbs and flowers, Mayan Pyramids add a very attractive, decorative element when used in the corners of larger gardens, as shown here.
Handicapped-accessible raised bed frames
Verdura offers 24" high raised beds for people with back problems, in wheelchairs, or with any condition prohibiting them from bending over. For greater accessibility and comfort, these frames are 3' wide rather than the usual 4', and are spaced 3' apart for easy wheelchair or walker access.
