Designing your vegetable garden - calculating sizes and yields
How large a garden should you have installed at your business? The answer depends upon a number of factors, most importantly:
- The amount of physical space you have available
- The number of employees and other people you expect will participate in the garden
- How the space will be used in addition to growing vegetables (i.e. to give tours to visitors or as an outdoor lunch and break area)
- Your budget, both for setting up the garden and maintaining it
