Caroline Lewis

Caroline's forays into gardening started when, as a determined 11-year-old, she attempted growing snow peas on the back deck of her parents' Bay Area home. She went on to raise her own family on homegrown organic vegetables, teaching her sons to cook and garden along the way.

Caroline spent over 25 years in the graphic design and marketing fields, founding and running Fox Creative, a respected creative agency on the Portland scene throughout the 1990s. She left the marketing world to follow her lifelong passion for cooking, attending culinary school at the Robert Reynolds Chef Studio and receiving her degree in 2007. A talented designer and experienced organic gardener, Caroline understands the connection between fresh local ingredients and great food. Contact Caroline
